FTC&H Awarded 101 Best and Brightest Companies To Work For
For six years, FTC&H has been selected as a 101 Best and Brightest Companies To Work For and won successive years as a Top Elite Award winner in both West Michigan and Metro-Detroit. The Michigan Business & Professional Association (MBPA) is the originator of the award and represents over 20,000 businesses throughout Michigan.
At the West Michigan ceremony held May 1, 2008, the Elite Award for Employee Engagement and Commitment was presented to FTC&H. In October, 2007, at the Metro-Detroit Award Ceremony, the Firm was also recognized with a Top Elite Award. An Elite Award is a special tribute that sets the firm apart from the over-all 101 Best & Brightest Companies to Work For winners. The judges look for unique and creative thought processes with support from senior management and for excellence in programs, services and solutions for employees. FTC&H is recognized by the Dave Thomas Foundation as one of America's Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces. FTC&H ranked third in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction category for 2008. Workplaces are selected on the basis of employer-provided adoption benefits, such as the amount of financial assistance and paid leave for employees who adopt.
